For those participants requiring higher levels of medical attention, our facility provides on-site nursing support, available 24/7, ensuring immediate access to nursing assistance at all
times.
Our Community Nursing Care Services operate within Melbourne and the surrounding
suburban regions, in liaison with our participants, families, and healthcare providers.
Community Clinical Support
Our Community Nursing Care Services are personalized and tailored according to individual
health needs and in accordance with health care plans, NDIS requirements, and best practice standards. Supports may include:
- Medication administration and management
- Wound care and injury management
- Continence care
- Chronic Illness and Complex Health Management
- Clinical Health Monitoring
Where necessary, 24/7 nursing support are also available to provide continuous care. Onsite
nursing support is available in supported accommodations.
